If a co-sponsor is needed:

  • For a sponsor to qualify they must meet the requirements per USCIS based on their current federal tax return AGI.
  • If citizen: copy of a birth certificate or naturalization certificate
  • If LPR: copy of the green card (front and back)
  • Copy of driver's license
  • Copy of last three (3) years federal tax returns with current W2/1099
  • Last three (3) paystubs or letter from employer verifying employment
